Canonical Source Registry
Sources are tiered by credibility: Tier 1 = institutional repositories with editorial oversight (BCcampus, OpenStax, etc.); Tier 2 = established aggregators (OER Commons, MERLOT, Open Textbook Library); Tier 3 = directories and indexes (Pressbooks Directory, DOAB/OAPEN).
